We have a philosophy that is very simple in terms of uptime for our dedicated- and cloud server customers. If we do not keep our network up 100%, the customer shall be reimbursed. It makes no difference whether its our Internet connections or hardware which creates downtime. As a customer it does not make it less painful whether it was human error or hardware that created downtime.

It all begins with a data-center. We have created our environment to keep 100% uptime. It’s planned in the smallest details. This applies to critical parts of the HVAC (cooling system), where we doubled up and got a power supply built for extreme uptime with a combination of UPS and diesel generators. Apart from that comes a triple redundancy in Internet connectivity and a network that is only supported with the best hardware. Our network reacts to traffic patterns and lets your data take the shortest possible path for the quickest response. In addition to that we have 24-hour monitoring and maintenance, and have created one of the most stable and secure services you can buy. We own, of course, our data center so no third party may affect the operation or future. We also lease space in data centers around the world.
